Title: Worship Minister
Reports To: Lead Pastor
Status: Full-time
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
Summary:
The Worship Minister will be responsible for overseeing the worship and production ministries and volunteer leaders. He/she will be responsible for aligning Proclamation worship ministry with the overall mission, vision, values, and strategies of Proclamation Church.

Summary:
The Worship Minister will be responsible for overseeing the worship and production ministries and volunteer leaders. He/she will be responsible for aligning Proclamation worship ministry with the overall mission, vision, values, and strategies of Proclamation Church.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Sunday morning worship including selection of songs and liturgy that aligns with the weekly scripture
- Oversee, manage, and troubleshoot AVL setup and teardown.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach worship and tech team volunteers
- Lead Sunday morning rehearsals in an effective and timely manner
- Regularly evaluate the worship environment in conjunction with the Lead Pastor
- Prepare spiritually and musically to lead with excellence
- Coordinate weekly with the Lead Pastor on service elements and flow
- Plan and lead worship at other unique events such as Member Nights, Prayer Nights, Good Friday services, etc.
- Plan and implement AVL changes and upgrades (along with consultants)
- Lead and support in other areas of ministry as assigned
Qualifications:
- Member of Proclamation Church
- A daily pursuit of Christian maturity
- Agree with and live in alignment with Proclamation Church statement of faith
- High capacity and flexibility
- Musically gifted
- Confidence and initiative to anticipate needs within this ministry lane and execute accordingly
- Decisive and proven leader with the ability to encourage, empower, and coach other leaders and teams
- General understanding of, and ability to troubleshoot audio, video, and lighting systems using available resources
- Ability to develop and organize effective ministry teams
- Ability to create a positive and intentional leadership culture
- Ability to operate worship and tech software such as ProPresenter, live streaming, digital mixing consoles, and understand basic portable church tech infrastructure
- Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft Office, and Planning Center
